About the Role
As Sommelier, you’ll be an integral part of our guest experience, curating wine pairings and non-alcoholic journeys that complement our tasting menu and storytelling. You’ll work closely with our restaurant leadership to shape a beverage program that celebrates terroir, craftsmanship, and sustainability, while creating memorable moments for our guests.

Who You Are
- You have solid sommelier training and experience from fine dining or ambitious restaurants
- You are deeply passionate about wine, beverages, and hospitality
- You’re curious, eager to keep learning, and love sharing your knowledge in a warm and approachable way
- You care about local produce, craftsmanship, and sustainability
