As we continue to grow, we're expanding our front of house team and are now looking for a talented Sommelier to join us at Under.

About the Role

As Sommelier, you’ll be an integral part of our guest experience, curating wine pairings and non-alcoholic journeys that complement our tasting menu and storytelling. You’ll work closely with our restaurant leadership to shape a beverage program that celebrates terroir, craftsmanship, and sustainability, while creating memorable moments for our guests.

Who You Are

  • You have solid sommelier training and experience from fine dining or ambitious restaurants
  • You are deeply passionate about wine, beverages, and hospitality
  • You’re curious, eager to keep learning, and love sharing your knowledge in a warm and approachable way
  • You care about local produce, craftsmanship, and sustainability
  • You thrive in a team that values kindness, clarity, and respect
